  • What is your art made from?
    The majority is resin and various pigments.

  • How do you make the shapes?
    All my moulds are hand designed and customed made.

  • How is the art hung?
    All art is ready to hang. Smaller pieces have a sawtooth hook on the back and large pieces have either hooks and or picture cord. 

  • How much do the pieces weigh?
    Please refer to the product description for the approximate unpackaged weight and the dimensions.

 

ARTWORK CARE

  • How do I take care of my artwork?
    A care card is included with every piece.

SHIPPING

  • How much is shipping within the UK?
    Free 

  • How long will it take to arrive?
    There is a processing period which means that items are posted within 5 working days of the order being placed. Once posted, items are sent within the UK using a Royal Mail Delivery service which aims for 24/48 hour delivery*.  *As the service depends on the value of the item, the service used for sale (or any items that are not full price) may differ with a delivery time of up to 4-5 days.

  • How much is shipping to the rest of the world?
    The prices varies by country. If there's a piece you are interested in, please provide an address and I will provide you with an accurate quote.

  • How long does it take to ship to my country?
    See above

  • Why is shipping so expensive outside of the UK?
    The prices vary by value of the item, weight of the item and the country it is going to; therefore it is not possible for me to calculate every possibility. I've included the maximum price and if there is a significant difference between the actual, cost then I will issue a refund. Alternatively, see previous point regarding quotes. 

 

COMMISSIONS

  • Do you accept commissions?
    Yes, but there is a minimum price for commissions and of course a lead time to consider. Please email me or complete the contact form providing as much information as possible such as size, colour, frame, when you need it by, budget and so on.

 

RETURNS

  • My item arrived damage, can I have a refund?
    It is your responsibility to let me know within 48 hours of delivery if the packaging has been damaged during transit. You must take photos of the damaged packaging before opening it and send it to me - failure to do so may mean I am unable to agree a refund. Where possible, request that the courier makes a note of the damage to support a subsequent claim by myself. 
    I will review the photos and advise whether you should open the packaging and inspect the artwork or return the artwork to me in the existing packaging. Please ensure return shipping is made within 7 days of my consent to a refund, and I will issue a full refund within 7 days of taking delivery.


  • Can I return my item if I change my mind?
    Once the item has been shipped, if you change your mind about keeping an artwork, you will be become liable for all associated costs to return the item to me including packaging, insurance and shipping costs.
    You must inform me in writing as soon as possible, and you have the right to return it to me within 14 days of receiving it. Once I have received and inspected it and am satisfied it's in the same condition I sent it out, I will issue a refund within 7 days, for the amount paid, minus any shipping costs.

SECONDS

A lot of care goes into making every single piece, but it will never be perfect. Where there are more imperfections than I am happy with, these are sold as Seconds and will be clearly marked as such. Seconds are sold as final and cannot be returned. (More information on Seconds can be found in the Terms and Conditions.)
